Today We Can, Tomorrow
We Cannot!
Do we hear Qu'ran with our heart?
Do we intend to try to live the message of Allah SWT?
Do we respect the word of Allah SWT?
Questions need answers!
Assalamualaikum wa rahmatulah Brother M.
Im watering my tree again. My giant tree. Not any water but with the blessed water with light and wisdom from Allah SWT. Its the word of Allah SWT from Quran.
I remind myself and you, in this beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan, when we fast in the day time, listen to Quran at night, we have to stop for a moment and ask our self an honest question;
WHY ALLAH SWT WITH HIS ULTIMATE WISDOM, WANTS US TO PRAY AT NIGHT AND RECITE QURAN LOUDLY, FOR US TO HEAR IT?
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HEARING QURAN?
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF LISTENING TO QURAN?
What is the purpose of listening and hearing the word of Allah SWT? His wisdom, his knowledge, his advice, his warning, his command, and all the stories of all the nations before us?
And all the unseen knowledge about the journey of Death and journey after death? And life from death to the Day of Judgement and after that, Jannah or Jahannam, Paradise or Hellfire?
Why Allah SWT wants us to remember and hear all the stories about Messengers and Prophets? Why Allah SWT gave us a lot of warning and a lot of glad tidings with examples and explanations? Why Allah SWT warns us about people who behave in a certain way or who have diseases of the heart and some bad habits which Allah SWT dislikes and hates vs. the good quality, the one closer to Allah and Allahs attributes and Allah loves it so much?
Today, if I am a Muslim, fasting and go to Taraweeh, this evening every night of Ramadan to listen to reflect and ponder about the word of Allah and all his advice and wisdom and my own life inside out. Its supposed to be a wakeup call, a chance to go back to the basic, the constitution, the Quran, meaning Allah SWT is giving me a chance, maybe I can change and start the journey of increasing my belief and living a life full of good deeds to please Allah SWT, to gain his mercy so that when I die, I can tell him, O Allah, I tried.
Today we can, tomorrow we can not. Today we have a chance, tomorrow we do not. I hope my words find you with the blessing, wisdom, and light of Allah SWT. And may Allah SWT guard you from yourself, from your genetics and give you the ability to see and hear what Allah SWT wants from you. The lucky one is the one who leaves Ramadan after he closes the past chapter and opens a new chapter between him and Allah SWT.
Im sending you some verses from the Quran containing some messages which I believe is very powerful messages and we should try to reflect and make Duaa and beg Allah SWT to give us ability to hear, comprehend and live his message.
My beloved brother in Islam, I love you for Allah SWT, I wish you goodness, I wish you success which is the real success when you leave this life with legacy and when you meet Allah SWT, you can say, I did the best. I did the utmost of my ability. I sacrificed everything for you, to please you. Otherwise, you will be questioned.
You heard my message. And you call yourself a believer, a Mumin. Where is your heart? Where is your mind? Where is your thought? Where is the desire to reach the upper place in Jannah?
All these questions, you will find it in the Quran if you listen to it carefully. Please, my giant tree, try to watch or listen to my sessions, Today We Can, Tomorrow We Can Not. I promise you, it will make you gain a lot and most of all, it might allow you to strengthen your Eman, change your eyeglasses and the vision of your heart and give you the ability to see, comprehend and able to do what Allah SWT wants you to do; for yourself, for your family, for all the Ummah. Its a duty. Its a job. Its a noble cause. Its a job of Messenger of Prophets.
Keep in touch. May Allah SWT give you the message of Ramadan and Lailat ul Qadr.
Chapter 1
Al-Fatiha
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, (2) The Beneficent, the Merciful. (3) Owner of the Day of Judgment, (4) Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help. (5) Show us the straight path, (6) The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not (the path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. (7)
Chapter 20
Ta-Ha
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ta. Ha. (1) We have not revealed unto thee (Muhammad) this Qur'an that thou shouldst be distressed, (2) But as a reminder unto him who feareth, (3) A revelation from Him Who created the earth and the high heavens, (4) The Beneficent One, Who is established on the Throne. (5) Unto Him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth, and whatsoever is between them, and whatsoever is beneath the sod. (6) And if thou speakest aloud, then lo! He knoweth the secret (thought) and (that which is yet) more hidden. (7) Allah! There is no God save Him. His are the most beautiful names. (8) Hath there come unto thee the story of Moses? (9) When he saw a fire and said unto his folk: Wait! Lo! I see a fire afar off. Peradventure I may bring you a brand therefrom or may find guidance at the fire. (10) And when he reached it, he was called by name: O Moses! (11) Lo! I, even I, am thy Lord, So take off thy shoes, for lo! thou art in the holy valley of Tuwa. (12) And I have chosen thee, so hearken unto that which is inspired. (13) Lo! I, even I, am Allah, There is no God save Me. So serve Me and establish worship for My remembrance. (14) Lo! the Hour is surely coming. But I will to keep it hidden, that every soul may be rewarded for that which it striveth (to achieve). (15) Therefor, let not him turn thee aside from (the thought of) it who believeth not therein but followeth his own desire, lest thou perish. (16)
Chapter 6 Al-Anaam
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Say: Lo! As for me, my Lord hath guided me unto a straight path, a right religion, the community of Abraham, the upright, who was no idolater. (161) Say: Lo! my worship and my sacrifice and my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the Worlds. (162) He hath no partner. This am I commanded, and I am first of those who surrender (unto Him). (163) Say: Shall I seek another than Allah for Lord, when He is Lord of all things? Each soul earneth only on its own account, nor doth any laden bear another's load. Then unto your Lord is your return and He will tell you that wherein ye differed. (164) He it is Who hath placed you as viceroys of the earth and hath exalted some of you in rank above others, that He may try you by (the test of) that which He hath given you. Lo! Thy Lord is swift in prosecution, and Lo! He verily is Forgiving, Merciful. (165)
Chapter 28 Al-Qasas
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
As for that Abode of the Hereafter We assign it unto those who seek not oppression in the earth, nor yet corruption. The sequel is for those who ward off (evil). (83) Whoso bringeth a good deed, he will have better than the same; while as for him who bringeth an ill-deed, those who do ill-deeds will be requited only what they did. (84) And cry not unto any other god along with Allah. There is no God save Him. Everything will perish save His countenance. His is the command, and unto Him ye will be brought back. (88)
Chapter 29
Al-Ankaboot
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Alif. Lam. Mim. (1) Do men imagine that they will be left (at ease) because they say, We believe, and will not be tested with affliction? (2) Lo! We tested those who were before them. Thus Allah knoweth those who are sincere, and knoweth those who feign. (3) As for those who strive in Us, We surely guide them to Our paths, and lo! Allah is with the good. (69)
Chapter 30 Al-Room
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Corruption doth appear on land and sea because of (the evil) which men's hands have done, that He may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return. (41)
Chapter 33 Al-Ahzab
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the
Merciful
O ye who believe! Remember Allah with much remembrance. (41) And glorify Him early and late. (42) He it is Who blesseth you, and His angels (bless you), that He may bring you forth from darkness unto light; and He is Merciful to the believers. (43) Their salutation on the day when they shall meet Him will be: Peace. And He hath prepared for them a goodly recompense. (44) O Prophet! Lo! We have sent thee as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner. (45) And as a summoner unto Allah by His permission, and as a lamp that giveth light. (46) And announce unto the believers the good tidings that they will have great bounty from Allah. (47) And incline not to the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Disregard their noxious talk, and put thy trust in Allah. Allah is sufficient as Trustee. (48)
Chapter 59 Al-Hashr
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
O ye who believe! Observe your duty to Allah. And let every soul look to that which it sendeth on before for the morrow. And observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Aware of what ye do. (18) And be not ye as those who forgot Allah, therefor He caused them to forget their souls. Such are the evil-doers. (19) Not equal are the owners of the Fire and the owners of the Garden. The owners of the Garden, they are the victorious. (20) If We had caused this Qur'an to descend upon a mountain, thou (O Muhammad) verily hadst seen it humbled, rent asunder by the fear of Allah. Such similitudes coin We for mankind that haply they may reflect. (21) He is Allah, than Whom there is no other God, the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible. He is the Beneficent, Merciful. (22) He is Allah, than Whom there is no other God, the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One, Peace, the Keeper of Faith, the Guardian, the Majestic, the Compeller, the Superb. Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him). (23) He is Allah, the Creator, the Shaper out of naught, the Fashioner. His are the most beautiful names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorifieth Him, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. (24)

Lo! your effort is dispersed (toward divers ends). (4) As for him who giveth and is dutiful (toward Allah) (5) And believeth in goodness; (6) Surely We will ease his way unto the state of ease. (7) But as for him who hoardeth and deemeth himself independent, (8) And disbelieveth in goodness; (9) Surely We will ease his way unto adversity. (10)
Chapter87Al-Ala
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, (1) Who createth, then disposeth; (2) Who measureth, then guideth; (3) Who bringeth forth the pasturage, (4) Then turneth it to russet stubble. (5) We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget (6) Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; (7) And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. (8) Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. (9) He will heed who feareth, (10) But the most hapless will flout it, (11) He who will be flung to the great Fire (12) Wherein he will neither die nor live. (13) He is successful who groweth, (14) And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, (15) But ye prefer the life of the world (16) Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. (17) Lo! This is in the former scrolls. (18) The Books of Abraham and Moses. (19)
